The chances of transmission of HIV by unprotected intercourse with a HIV positive person is 1/200 to 1/1000. It is low . You have used condom. But It may be considered almost as unprotected intercourse if the condom has slipped off. The risk of transmission is low or almost nil.
She may be negative too. They are usually tested repeatedly and they take precautions too. You can enquire about her HIV status if possible.
But it may be better to go for HIV 1&2 RNA PCR test , at this stage to allay fears of HIV.

HIV PCR negative after 11 days exposure is 99% sensitive. The chances of tests coming positive with given history is almost nil.
If negative the chances of tests coming positive later is nil. But you better get another Elisa test after 3 months exposure, as final conclusive results.The chances of tests coming positive later is nil.
HIV is not curable but now is managed as any other chronic illness like Diabetes or hypertension.So you need not worry. This situation in your scenario is unlikely.
