I hand shook few ppl and touched toilet door if thr would have been blood or body fluids tranferd to my hand then i touched my pee hole to.. Is that a risk all happened in 15 mins.. And how long can hiv virs survive outside... And in dried blood n semenu

Hi,

I had a situation where I hand shook with few people and touched toilet door after that without washing my hand I touched my pee hole I knw there is zero risk in it but due to anxiety I did a combo test after 15 Days.

Can you please advice me the accuracy I knw I need to wait 6 weeks to be conclusive since 4th genaration test pretty advance and from Australia do you reckon I can assume it as conclusive specially it looks for antigen..??

As I have explained earlier the chance of having HIV in you is not possible at all. As you have asked a question about the combo test for HIV, the new generation test can detect the HIV antigen as early as 7 days after possible exposure.

As you are negative for P24 HIV antigen it is almost sure you are not having HIV virus in your body. Testing after 6 weeks helps to know whether you are havinh antibodies to HIV or not.

In your case as it is negative for HIV antigen, you will not develop the antibodies against the HIV antigen. So you will be negative after 6 weeks too.
