Brief Answer:
Nil chance of HIV transmission.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
There is no possibility of HIV transmission by touching cream with blade.

Coming to your question, please be assured that there is negligible chance of getting HIV infection by the incidents mentioned in your query.

Please remember that for a disease like HIV to be transmitted, the following events should have occurred:
1. The blade should have been contaminated with lots of HIV blood mixed in cream.
2. Another person having HIV should have got a wound large enough to allow infected blood onto the cream and then blade.
3. You should have hurt yourself with the same blade containing infected blood and must cause a bleeding wound to permit the virus to enter into you.

HIV transmission does not happen with wet brush and towel.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
You do not have to take any test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing back with an update.

From the incident mentioned by you there is no reason to do any test to confirm virus infection. You will never get HIV by this method.

HIV infection can cause many symptoms from common cold to high fever and loss of weight with diarrhea.

What happens is after HIV infection the body gets weak and can easily be attacked by bacteria and disease causing infections.

Hope your query is answered.
