Brief Answer:
Repeat test after 3 months exposure. Risk is nil.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.

As the lady is repeatedly tested for HIV and found negative, the chances of HIV in her is almost nil.
Moreover it was almost a protected intercourse.
So the risk is very low.

It is good that your tests have repeatedly come negative (Tridot and ELFA).
Both detect antibodies to HIV.

It takes 2 weeks to 3 months for formation of antibodies if a person is infected with HIV.
So it is better you can get Tridot or ELFA test after 3 months exposure for conclusive results.

ELFA has slightly better sensitivity than regular ELISA method.
The chances of getting positive results later is almost nil. But we have to wait for 3 months for conclusive results.

It is good that you are doing good work out. It will not affect results in any way. It helps you in relieving your anxiety.

You can allay fears of HIV.

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
