Is HIV Transmitted Through Penis Massage?
Question: Doctor 2 days before I had done a tantric massage from Thailand. The girl which performed massage was fully dressed. The massage last for 20 minutes. Lastly she has done an unprotected hand job to me.I haven't seen any visible cut on her hand. But I am not sure about it.She has also done massage to my body with her hand for 20 minutes. After hand job I was washed with water.Even though the massage centre was clean,I don't know about the bed which was used for massage. Sometimes there may be sperms from previous customer who has done massage. I am now tensed about hiv. Will hiv pass through massage on penis or body?Should I need to test. Please help
Brief Answer:
The HIV is not transmitted through massage on penis or body.
Detailed Answer:
Dear xxxx,
Welcome to HCM.
The HIV is not transmitted through massage on penis or body if cuts or abrations are not there and the status of the girl also needs to be confirmed whether she was positive or not.
The survival of HIV virus outside the human body or in an open environment is very difficult and it will die within seconds only so don't worry about HIV as you are not at risk of getting it.
Thank You

Doctor I haven't seen any visible cuts on her hand. Is there any medical history in which hiv is passed through massage on body and penis.Should testing is needed for this. Also I have done massage from Thailand girl where hiv rate very high. Is there any chance of hiv infection if a person is massaged by hiv positive person. Also unfortunately I don't know about status of that girl.
Brief Answer:
No need to get tested as you are risk free.
Detailed Answer:
Dear xxxx,
If no visible cuts on her hand than nothing to worry as the risk of transmission is not there even if the girl was positive so be relaxed and avoid stress or tension.
There is no need to get tested in your case as such but for your mental satisfaction you can go for 4th generation test or HIV PCR after one month. Till then no need to worry much and move ahead in life, the result will definitely come in your favor.
Thank You
