Is I Pill Advisable While On Regestrone?

Question: Hi am taking Regestrone 5Mg daily and I had unprotected sex today, do you think I should take an Ipill will it help. Am little scared since am already taking Regestrone this morning and suddenly take a Ipill. What do you advice Dr. Pls help
