Is IVF Possible After Endometrial Ablation And Bilateral Salpingectomy?

Question: I had both tubes removed and a ablation can I still get IVF
Brief Answer:
Was this uterine ablation?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these tubal ablations. I will like to know what ablation was done? Was this uterine ablation? DO you still see your periods? If you do have periods, it means the uterine lining which is very important to for IVVF and pregnancy is intact and IVF is possible. If you no longer, then this might be difficult and requires further evaluation before making a definitive conclusion and recommendation.
I hope this helps and addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Yes it was a uterine ablation I just had it done last week when I had my 4th ectopic and they took out my other tube. I made a horrible mistake by getting the ablation. If by chance I do get another period would it come again next month or does it take a few months if the ablation didn't work?
Brief Answer:
It will take a few months!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The uterine mucosa will need some amount of time to regenerates and get periods back. Talk to your doctors and hear exactly what was done. They might not have completely removed the lining necessary for pregnancy support. It is good to obtain this detail before getting on and being worried about this.
Let me hear what they say was done exactly.
