I understand how distressing it must be to have your child with recurrent infections. Here is what you should do
1. Make sure your child has clean hands. Teach him how to wash his hands, hand hygiene is the most important thing to prevent any form of infections. Make sure his nails are cut and that he does not bite his nails
2. Vitamin B complex. I suggest Vitamin B complex syrup once a day, this helps build immunity to a certain extent
3. De worming. I usually de worm children with recurrent infections. Worm infestation is known to cause reduced immunity as they consume essential nutrients
4. Clean water and food. Make sure that your child does not drink for any other source apart from the clean source of water and food from your home.
5. Brushing of teeth twice a day helps prevent throat infections
I hope I was of help, please get back to me for any further doubts that you might have
