I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If you have access to medications then I would like to advise a topical cream (5% permethrin) to be applied twice daily instead of the oral tablet ivermectin.

If you cannot find the topical cream then take ivermectin (stromectol) pill once orally. But this would only be required if you are either already exposed to scabies or are in an environment where you are most likely to be exposed to the scabies mite.
