You may try expressed breast milk

Hello
Thanks for asking on this platform
Poor compliance with formula feed while the baby is exclusively on breast feed is commonly encountered problem.
Here trying different formula is a solution. You may try lactodex or lactogen.
Another thing you may do that you may keep expressed milk in the fridge so that the caregiver can use the same during daytime.Although exclusive breast feed is recommended till 6 months of age, complementary feeds can be introduced where the mother is working.
Giving complementary feeds can meet the nutritional demand of the baby.Expressed breast milk feed, complementary feeds and breast feed when available can help better.
Please let me know if you have any more query.

Yes this is common in babies

Sorry for delayed reply
I do understand your concern, but this is a common phenomena.Weaning from breast feed to formula feed is really difficult in some babies and this is not abnormal.
Here mother has to try consistently to get the result. It's just the difficult time for mother(not for baby)from which everyone comes out as the time passes and the baby grows.
So I wont get overly worried and would suggest you to continue trying.
I am sure you will make it.
All the best
Warm regards
Thank you
Now she drinks lactagen in bottle since 3 days
However she goes to poop 3 to 4 time since then and there is white milk particles type in that and also she is getting diaper rashes ...is it because of the formula she never had rash till date this is the first time...pls suggest
This can be due to secondary lactose intolerance
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Its good to know that now she is drinking the lactogen.
Increased number of poops with some undigested material and perianal rashes can be due to lactose intolerance.
I suggest you to get her stool test done for reducing substance and apply rashfree/ezinapi cream over the rash.
If stool test shows significant reducing substance(undigested lactose)you may need to change the formula to low lactose formula or lactose free soy based formula.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again
Transient change in stool pattern is common after introduction of new formula.I wont get worried if baby is accepting the feeds well, passing urine and is active/playful.
You may give Z&D as it contains zinc and vitamin D which helps in increasing the immunity and keep the gut healthy. There are no known side effects.
I suggest you to wait for some duration and watch for the stool pattern.I hope the pattern will get normal with days to week.
