I read your question and i understand your concern. Lodosyn ( carbidopa) is a prescription drug and needs to be titrated against sinemet. So yes its a good idea, it increased the efficacy of sinemet and less possible doses can help. Talk to your neurologist and let them consider it prescribing. I usually prefer both in combination starting from 25 mg not exceeding 200 in a day. Talk to your neurologist and let them decide what is best for you.
