i m in my third trimester,i wanted to know what is better luciara cream or bio oil to prevent stretch marks

Thanks for the query,
In my practice , i have been advising BIO-OIL to my patients from 32 weeks of gestation , daily twice a day application till delivery and have seen good results indeed.
Luciara is a recent launch online and doesn't have enough papers to support its use.

Hello,
I prescribe once after morning bath ( during the day ) and the second application an hour before sleeping at night. So its a 12 hr application.
