I can understand your concern.

As natural herbal supplements, you can safely use it without any problem.

But I am not sure if it will help you so much.

If you are not feeling good despite current treatment probably it would be better to do some changes in your treatment for a week.Substitute inhalers with nebulizer aerosols like Budesonide twice for one week and then return to the inhalers again. You will feel much better.

You can discuss it with your treating doctor.
