Is M-pill Better Than I-pill?

Question: i had given mpill to my wife instead of ipll..chemist also suggested mpill better than Ipill.. I don't see any action or blood defertilizing the egg?is this reg

Mpill and ipill are same in efficacy and mode of action.
Both of these have progesterone which interferes with the implantation of the baby in the uterus.
Intake of this drug is usually not associated with any obvious symptoms like bleeding or abortion like pain.
Patients are usually fine after taking the drug except for some nausea or mood swings.
Very rarely there can be derangement of periods bit that is also self remitting without the need of any treatment.
So just relax and wait for her periods.
