Question : should apo-metoclopramide 10mg taken 3 times a day be taken at the same time as domperidone 10mg once a day and if not which medication would be preferred to treat vomiting belching and very frequent runny motions?

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Metoclopramide is good enough for vomiting and belching one doesn't need to take domperidone along with that.

As far as motions are concirned one has to treat their cause of infectious..one needs anitbiotics if ill digestion ...easily digestible food is needed.

I would suggest you following.

1) loads of fluids and salts.
2) Fibre.
3) Rule out infectious cause.
4) Take syrup gaviscon thrice a day.
5) apo.metoclopramide thrice a day.
6) avoid fizzy drinks caffein coffee alcohol smoking what ever is relevant.

Dont panic everything will get fine. But if doesn't improve in 3..4 days or starts getting worse.immediately consult your doctor.
