It is a combination drug containing Monteleukast which is a mast cell stabilizer and Desloratidine which is an antihistamine. This can be used for allergic bronchitis or allergic rhinitis. In lung infection also this can be used in combination with antibiotics to control the associated allergy. This combination is also given on long term as prophylactic from allergy.
