In this case, what treatment should I try? May main problem is that I ejaculate too fast and then it takes even a day to get a second erection. This embarasses me leaving me with endless thoughts of how I may overcome this problem. The latent or refractory period is always a part of sex response cycle. some have lesser than others, it tend to increase with age. so I suggest you to try SSRI like Paroxetine CR 12.5 mg . Please get your testosterone level checked in morning 8.30AM and fasting blood sugar, blood pressure also need to be checked.
