Hi,

Poison ivy is an allergy. Nystop is used to treat fungal infections. If you have poison Ivy, i suggest you upload an image for review. The allergy is managed with anti allergy medications such as steroids/antihistamines. Your drugs are okay and you need no other medications unless the area is infected.
