Nerve renew contains B complex vitamins , Vitamin D, Alpha Lipoic acid , Carnitine etc. These ingredients help in improving nerve generation and hence may improve nerve health.
But again it will be helpful only if the nerve damage has happened due to the deficiency of any of these ingredients. But if the nerve damage is due to some other problem ( for example Nerve compression or Diabetes ) then correction of that problem will help and taking only Nerve Renew will not be of any help.
