Is Norethindrone's effectiveness reduced by prozac?
Also is it safe to use Plan B while while using prozac?

In my opinion, norethindrone and Prozac don't have any drug interactions. So effectiveness of norethindrone will not be decreased by Prozac.

And you might not need to take plan B.

I saw a few patients taking Prozac those on norethindrone and with no decreased efficacy. So you can take it.

I understood from your history that you are using progesterone pill for contraception.
