Is Nurokind Plus Advisable For A Diabetic Patient For Pain Management?
Question: Sir, I am a diabetic patient before one week I have pain in left side of body with heads arm chest and leg also.can I take Neurokind plus Injection alternate day?

In such case there is a need for detailed clinical examination including neurological examination.
Depending upon it there may be need for
- Complete blood count.
- Kidney Function Test.
- Liver Function Test.
- HbA1c.
- Vitamin B12 & D3 level.
- T3, T4, TSH.
- ECG & 2DEcho of heart.
Depending upon this evaluation treatment can be planned.
If Vitamin B12 is deficient Injection Neukind Plus will help.
Otherwise use of Pregabalin with or without oral Vitamin B 12 may be advisable.
In all cases Good blood sugar, blood pressure, lipid control is helpful.
