Nutrigain is an ayurvedic product , typically there are no significant side effects documented on this product . but I don't think it is FDA approved . But I have used it on many patients with satisfactory results and no significant side effects. Some minor side effects like Acidity, feel of hot sensation, constipation is seen but these are minor and wears off with continued use.

Hence I recommend you to use this without worrying , but don't use it for more than 3 months continuosly.
