Is Ovigyn 5000 Injection Safe During Pregnancy?

I have had 2 D & C procedures, it came out to be autoimmune problem and now I am expecting again, doctor suggested me to take Ovigyn 5000 injection, is it safe, I read it is a steroid ?

Ovigyn 5000 is human chorionic gonadotropin hormone.
It is not a steroid and safe for both mother and fetus.
It is given in case of recurrent miscarriages, as it is known to support the pregnancy by making the uterine environment more favourable for the fetus.

The alternate that my doctor suggested to Ovigyn 5000 was LIT therapy. She said we have only one doctor in XXXXXXX and it would be a hassle so she recommended this ovigyn. Somehow, I am not feeling convinced with this, I have seen cases where steroids taken have caused huge ups and down in body, like high bp, sugar etc. Could you please guide if there is any other alternate to these for autoimmune disorder.
