I have gone through your query in detail and understand your concern.
Though prp treatment is the latest effective treatment available right now, it has excellent results only in stage 1 of AVN.
as the reports suggest stage 2 on Rt side and Stage 3 on Lt side, there are 50-50 % chances of getting successful results.
If it doesnt succeed, hip replacement is the only permanent solution.
Causes of AVN cannot be made out from any reports. Most of the times, it is idiopathic,meaning- unexplained cause. Associated smoking, drinking alcohol,diabetes vascular insufficiencies etc are known secondary causes.
