Brief Answer:
Unlikely to have cancer of Prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .Based on the symptoms of burning urination and interrupted urine flow and your age I think you have UTI secondary to obstructive urine flow due to Enlarged Prostate which is common at this age .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and Digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis .
1) Urine Routine and Culture .
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3)Serum PSA (Repeat).
4) Trans Rectal Ultrasound (TRUS).

Your recent PSA of 4.6 is slightly higher than normal and mostly there are no possibility of having cancer of the prostate This can be due to infection .

Take antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin twice daily with Tomsulosin once daily for two weeks and repeat your PSA..

If it is persistently high your Urologist may advise you to do ultrasound guided multi core prostate biopsy.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query .Please do write if you have more questions .I shall be happy to help you .

Thanks and Regards.
