Brief Answer:
Need to investigate further to rule out Cancer of Prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Your recent blood test has revealed your PSA to be 7.7 .

The normal value of PSA in a healthy man is 1-4 and any level raised more than this value is supposed to be due to cancer of the prostate unless proved otherwise by doing a multi score ultrasound guided prostate biopsy.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture to rule out UTI .
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis and Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning (TRUS)
3) Serum PSA.(Repeat) to rule out any human error .(Blood sample should be collected before digital rectal examination ).
4) Prostate biopsy .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
