Brief Answer:
Both are different group of drugs with similar action.

Detailed Answer:
ProAir HFA aerosol is a sympathomimetic (beta-agonist) bronchodilator. It works by widening the airways in the lungs, which helps you breathe more easily.

Proventil (albuterol) is used to treat or prevent bronchospasm in people with reversible obstructive airway disease. It is also used to prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm.

Hence as explained above they both are different groups of drugs having similar action on lung tissue. So they both will have synergistic effect on lungs.
I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
