Brief Answer:
ESR is non specific. You need further investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

There are many possible causes of an elevated ESR.ESR is a non specific marker.
A specific cause cannot be determined based on ESR alone.Generally it is followed up with other tests to diagnose medical condition.Firstly, you need proper clinical examination.
High ESR indicate that person is having some infection or inflammation in the body.
ESR will come down with control of infection/inflammation.

R-Cinex contains Isoniazid and Rifampin. It is an antibiotic prescribed to treat patients who are suffering from tuberculosis.Anti tubercular drugs shouldn't be prescribed based on ESR alone.Firstly, tuberculosis should be confirmed by clinical examination and investigations.

In short,I don't suggest anti tubercular medicines based on ESR alone. You should go for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question.
