Question: my pet one year dog bit but one tooth slightly rapture the skin. God is already vaccinated Do i need Rabipur injection and if so will three dose do

The general schedule of Rabipur intramuscular injections is one injection of Rabipur i.m. on days: 0, 3, 7, 14, 28 (5-doses schedule).

The above schedule might however be relaxed to 3 doses by the physician if your dog is vaccinated and after examining your wound.

As your pet dog is already vaccinated and if it is not exposed to any other animals then you can take 3 doses schedule on 0, 3, 7 days.

Please observe your dog for any change of behavior in the next 10 days. This is a routine practice and nothing to worry about.
