Question: is renewcol genuinely effective in cleansing the colon and how often must one take it? and does it help constipation?how about the foot patch? does that help with anything?

You are wondering how to take renewcol. Renewcol is an extract of several vegetable products that helps stimulate your colon and allow for clearing out your colon of fecal material. It is a good natural way to provide colon cleansing. You take it by putting three drops in water and drinking it. You most also remember to drink plenty of water during the day to help aid the cleansing properties.

Other products are also available for colon cleansing that are too numerous to count. A patch is not a very good way to affect colon cleaning though. I recommend that you read all labels carefully before you use any colon preparation and be sure you have no other medical problems that my interfere with the product.
