Brief Answer:
hello dear. the query is not sufficient.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Please ask detailed query. The question is not clear. However i can only make out that you will require further sandostatin therapy for the control of carcinoids. Diarrhea dizziness and weakness are part of carcinoid syndrome. These can be very well controlled by sandostatin therapy. Metoprolol is unrelated to these symptoms and metoprolol must not be stopped
Please revert back with the details and biopsy report
Thanks and regards
