I suggests to take statins and fenofibrate to my patients.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your findings in detail.
Findings suggests altered lipid profile.
Cholesterol and triglyceride level are high with borderline high LDL level.
With these findings I suggest my patients to take combination of statins (atorvastatin 10 mg) and fenofibrate 160 mg single tablet at night after dinner. This helps in better control of lipids.
Besides taking medicines,I also suggest diet and life style modification to my patients. You should be active in your daily life and avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
Cook food in olive or canola oil.
You should also avoid fried and junk food.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables and increase your physical activity in the form of walking and exercise.
Ultrasound of abdomen can also be done.
