Is Susten Or Dufagest Better For Spotting During Pregnancy?

Question: I m 12 week pregnent and taking already sustain sr 300 , i have bleeding my dr sugest me dufagest 200 internall through vaginal . Can be take dufagest and close the sustain sr 300 and who is best
Pls suggest me

You can take only susten. Dubagest is not required.

These are progesterone hormones which help in supporting pregnancy and reduce uterine contractions.

There is no use of 2 medicines as action is going to be same. One medicine is enough.

I am 12 week pregnent my USG show the baby is 6 week 1d ,baby heartbeat is not showing ,dr said that your baby growing so please wait till one week . And yesterday i started bleeding little drop by drop . So what should i do,this is my first pregnancy. l want to baby.

This is called misses abortion. Baby is unlikely to grow further and is trying to abort. I don't think pregnancy can continue like this.

I suggest you stop all medicines and let the abortion complete by bleeding.
