Question: I recently took a TPHA test. The result is 1:32.

What does it mean?

TPHA is not a very specific test. The results can vary a lot. The values you have shown are mildly reactive. Please repeat test after about 15 days to see whether it is rising or get a VDRL test to confirm Syphilis.

I did a VDRL test and it came back Reactive 1:2

But my TPHA is 1:32

I was treated for Syphillis in the past. Is this why I'm showing the results that I am?
