Is TSH Level Of 0.04 A Cause For Concern?

Question: Hi,
I am thinking for family planning.I have thyroid(High) as well PCOD. Is there anything that I should do in advance for no problems after pregnancy. Like Normal TSH levels extra. Recently I had TSH test which showed value 0.04.The first time I did that , the value was more than 150.
Kindly suggest.
