All MRI and everythings were ok and since then im on anti depressants. whenever there are more attacks doc increased the dose. :( I was on Duloit 20 but now on Fludac 20.
3- Since 1 week pain whenever i sleep i have numb hands. My both hands gets numb when I sleep. As soon I wake up i feel anxious and troubled that why this has happened. went to neurologist and he said that Iam suffering from Cervial and its due to that.He prescribed me lot of medicines and all.
Now, please tell me that do I have any medications available in homeopathy for all my diseases? Can I be cured and weaned off from these medications?
Iam 36 year old female with 10 year old daughter via C section. My periods were normal but since past 2 months a bit scanty and irregular. I feel mood swings and get angry easily.

Brief Answer:
Psychological symptoms and Thyroid disorders

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and after reviewing your health history following is my interpretation:

1. Anxiety issue are more common with hyperthyroidism rather than hypothyroidism (where depression is an issue) whereas weight gain is more common with hypothyroidism so in order to confirm which thyroid issue is more prominent you should consult an Endocrinologist for further necessary investigation (dosage & thyroid function test)

2. Are there any stress related issue(s) in other area(s)..familial or marital since it can cause Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

3. Sometimes drugs (anti thyroid) can cause ADR (adverse drug reaction) like nervousness, excitability, anginal pain, tachycardia, weight loss, menstrual irregularities, psychosis or agitation, difficulty in sleeping, so ask about the correct DOSAGE schedule and do revert back with your concern.

Thanks for answering.
I do not have any marital stress. Yes, iam workng and I travel 2 hours to and fro so physiological stress I can say is there. Iam generally hypothyroid and have tried to maintain my thyroid levels under control. My main concern is if there are any medications available in homeopathy which can control these issues?

I do not want to be on allopathic drugs all my life.

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back and as you said that it is generally hyopothyroid state which exist thus first consult with an Endocrinologist regarding the dosage of levothyroxine since all the symptoms mentioned by you points towards ADR ( adverse drug reaction) of the drug [keeping an account of your age 36 year]

1. As you have to do lots of travelling (physical activity) thus ask your health care professional for CBT [cognitive behavioral therapy] to identify and counteract negative thoughts.

2. Because panic attacks are repeatable which means there is ‘fear of fear’ i.e. vicious anxiety- panic attack- anxiety cycle, thus before taking panic attacks to be due to anxiety or depression make sure to exclude other medical conditions like overactive thyroid, low blood glucose, use of excess caffeine, cocaine, amphetamines or heart problem.

PS. practice relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,Pranayam [anulom vilom] which will strengthen the relaxation response of body as opposite to stress response during panic attacks.

3. Stretching Yoga poses [Dhanurasana, Matsyasana, Janu Shirsasana, Paschimottanasana, Hastapadasana], hot shower and massage are simple techniques to overcome muscle tension from anxiety.

4. Since the said problems can be grouped under GAD [generalized Anxiety disorder],  Dietary Regime and Lifestyle management along with Medicine is initiated from my side according to “manovaha srotas vyadhi”

5. Avoid: alcohol, pepper, garam masala, mustard oil, pickles, rye, spicy food, anger, grief, fear, late night waking, garlic, ginger, onion

Take: mint, coriander, tomato, and cumin, plenty of water, vitamins and mineral supplements, apple, banana, grapes, dates

6. Lemon juice mixed with sugar in a glass of water helps release stress removing hormones from the body and bring mind at peace/rest, or eat 2 spoons coriander [Dhaniya] seeds with 2 spoons of sugar candy [mishri]

7. Apple, almond, banana, broccoli, cantaloupe, melon, carrot, cashew nut, corn, cauliflower, grapes, guava, lemon, XXXXXXX orange, pineapple, soybean, spinach have anti oxidant and detoxifying properties so take them in plenty.

8. Prescription drugs and procedures available for your problems are: sarpagandha, khus, jatamansi, bramhi, kevada, vacha, tagar, amla, XXXXXXX XXXXXXX ras, mahakalyanak ghrita, manasmitra vatkam, XXXXXXX vati, mann XXXXXXX vati,Ashwagandharishta, sarasvatarishta, stresscom, nasya karma
