TSH of 3.5 looks normal to me. That indicates normal thyroid function in your body. However, you also need to look at the range provided. The upper limit varies between 3.3 to 4.8 from lab to lab.

Regarding absolute eosinophils, we need to see how high it is. If significantly high it can be because of allergy or parasite infestation. Please describe any symptoms might be having.
