Brief Answer:
Your TSH is within the normal range.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear
I have gone through your question and understood your concern.

The normal range of TSH levels is 0.5 to 5 mU/l.This means that your result is within the normal range.

Normal thyroid levels refer to the proper functioning of the thyroid gland, which regulates the body metabolism. The thyroid gland produces two types of hormones Thyroxin (T4) and Triiodothyronine (T3).

These hormones are very important in the human body because they regulate proper metabolic function and affect reproductive health. When the thyroid gland is out of balance, regular ovulation may not happen each month leading to thyroid infertility.

If you are trying to conceive, a normal level of TSH for conception should be ideally between 1.0-2.0. 2 mU/;l this is what many reproductive endocrinologists prefer to see.

So, my answer is that your TSH is within the normal range ,this means that everything is Okay, if you want to conceive .

But If you want to lower your TSH to the ideal range for conception this are some advises that can help you:

-Stabilize your consumption of fiber. A high fiber diet provides many benefits, but fiber can also affect how your thyroid absorbs hormones and ultimately can affect your TSH level.

-Avoid over consumption of soy products that contain high levels of isoflavones, as these products can cause an increase in TSH.

-Avoid eating too many goitrogenic foods -- foods that enlarge the thyroid and reduce its responsiveness to TSH. Goitrogenic foods include turnips, brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, radishes, cauliflower, rutabaga, cabbage and XXXXXXX

-Monitor and restrict your use of certain herbal supplements. Some supplements can affect thyroid function, causing changes in your TSH, including guggul, tyrosine, kelp, bladderwrack supplements and products containing iodine, such as vitamins.

-Manage your diet, stress and sleep. Your entire endocrine system responds to sleep deprivation and to periods of extreme stress.

Hope this information is helpful for you.
