dear XXXXXXX you are a case of subclinical hypothyroidism. now here we treat you only if you are symptomatic.
so please tell me, do you have any symptoms of hypothyroidism?
like weight gain, over sleepy, lethargy, tired, constipation, hair fall etc.
if yes we treat you, if no then wait and watch.
again , do you have a family history of thyroid disorder? if yes, we treat u, if not then we follow u up,
also need your ANTIBODY TPO levels.

You should treat yourself.

Dear Sir, you seem to be symptomatic. So kindly start treating yourself with tab thyroxine. dose is as per your weight. as you are 98 kg you should start with 125 mcg daily. the tablet has to be taken early morning , empty stomach. another 30 minutes do not take any food or beverage over the tab. review your symptoms and thyroid profile after 6 weeks and do let me know.
besides thyroid disorder I would like to draw your attention to weight loss plan as well. please start exercise and diet plan to lose weight. REGARDS
