Brief Answer:
Start thyroxine
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes should start thyroxine tablet 50 ug daily empty stomach and take it regularly throughout pregnancy.
It is very important to have normal TSH levels in pregnancy for proper growth and development of baby.
Also get repeat thyroid levels after 4 weeks so as to ensure that the dose is fine for her.
Take care

IS there any problem till now for the elevated TSH?
We are worried since we have miscarried twice due to PCOS?
We are worried since we have miscarried twice due to PCOS?
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry as yet
Detailed Answer:
I understand your anxiety about the issue.
This level of TSH is high but not very abnormal and since we have detected it well on time so most probably there won't be any problem in future.
Just keep a regular follow up with your doctor.
Just ask her to take her tablet daily empty stomach without missing.
All the best
