Is TSH Value Of 4.62 A Cause For Concern?

Question: my TSH is 4.62. pls suggest me the appropriate dose of thyronorm
Brief Answer:
Increase the dose to 75 mcg
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.
Once started on thyronorm (thyroxine) your TSH has to be between 0.5 and 2.5 miu/ml. Here your TSH is higher. So you need to increase the dose to 75 mcg and recheck after 2 months.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you
