Question: Hi, Good Afternoon
My self XXXX XXXXXXX M-36. Since heriditry i am also having Thyroid past 10 yrs, i was taking electroxin initially at that time my weight was some extent reduced. Today i am using thyronorm from last 1 yr i did'nt reduce my weight, now my wt is 82 kg supposed to be 68-72 kg. Now my TSH is 5.48, pls suggest how to reduce my weight. My food intake B'fast+2 roti in Lunch+2 roti in dinner.

Hi,
Thank you for query.

I saw the attached pic. Your thyroid medicine dosage prescribed by your doctor is fine. You can take boiled sprouts, muselli,lentils and salads for breakfast.
For lunch take 3-4 roti's with boiled vegetables.
For dinner just take fruits like papaya,kiwi and musk melon.
Drink plenty of fluids at least 4- 5 litrs daily.
Avoid fatty stuff,carbonated drinks,alcohol(if any),junk
Go for moderate walking daily.
As you have vitamin D deficiency,take sesame powder daily 1 spoon to shoot up your calcium levels faster.
Try this diet atleast for 2 months and see the results..
