I have gone through your complete medical history and can make out that you have recurrent fungal infection of the Penis.
Terbinafine cream is an antifungal cream. You can very well use that cream. I suggest you to use the cream in a very thin layer so that it should not be visible to the naked eye.
Apply the cream for two times only. Do not kindly over apply the cream.
The medications given last year were basically antifungal medications to which you responded well.
The present medication prescribed to you contains antifungal medication. You can take the same as prescribed by the doctor.
Additionally I suggest you to maintain a good hygiene. For that you wash the penile area with plane water for two to three times.
Get yourself examined for blood sugar level and keep a watch on it. Marginally raised blood sugar can also cause rashes on penile skin.
Abstain from sex till the time you get complete healing.
