Is Teriparatide Injection Safe To Be Taken Before Surgery?

Question: My mother , 60 yrs, undergone "ORIF of olecranon with TBW and 2 K-wires" 7 months ago. Recently 10 days ago she was diagnosed to have "osteoporosis" and started "Terifrac injection(20 ucg)" 5 days now.
We would like to have the metals inside out by one or two months. Whether taking the injection will affect the operation(i.e will create any problem in taking the wires out)?
regards,
XXXX
