Is Tripride 2 Advisable While Having High Blood Sugar Levels?

Dear Sir
I am pationt of sugar last about 8-9 years, now my sugar lavels is about
Fasting-285
PP-375
I want to use tripride-2 pl suggest me how can I use it and pl give knowledge for dose for use it.

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

Triglimisave 2 & Tripride 2 has same contents - Metformin 500mg + Glimepiride 2mg + Pioglitazone 15mg.
So one can be substituted for other one.

But this type of combination may not be available (different combinations of Pioglitazone are banned by Government of India).

Your Fasting & Post-prandial blood sugar levels are quite high.
In such situations I usually advise following investigations-
- HbA1c
- Complete Blood Count.
- Renal Function Test.
- Liver Function Test.
- Lipid Profile.
- Urine examination including urine ketones.

Considering above test results and your current medications appropriate changes in antidiabetic medications can be done.
