Brief Answer:
Common viral infections and the significance of positive tests
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus and rubella are common viral infections and majority of the general population would be having antibodies (including me, just as you) to these infections as most individuals would already have been exposed to the infecing organisms at some point earlt in childhood or adolescence. Antibodies once developed can be detected in circulating blood for the rest of the lives. These infections are asymptomatic and do not cause symptoms in immunocompetent individuals.
Regarding the type of antibody, presence of IgG type antibodies against toxoplasma, cmv and rubella indicates that these are older/ past infections whereas IgM type is usually an indicator of recent infection and it can be seen that you have detectable IgG antibodies against toxoplasma, cytomegalovirus and rubella which indicates a past/ previous infection whereas IgM is negative as expected. (IgM type of antibody is detectable in blood immediately after recent/ new infection e.g within the first 1-2 months of acquiring the infections and thereafter it is replaced by IgG type of antibody, which persists for life!).
Negative IgG and IgM for hsv indicates that you have never been exposed to herpes virus type 2 ever. Hsv type 2 is the cause for genital herpes and infection is usually acquired by close/ sexual contact with an infected sexual partner

How about with the kons, is that number normal ? What caused that number is very high? I heard that CMV is caused our eyes can't see clearly / blur and now that happens to me
Brief Answer:
Your test results are Ok
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
These titres are ok. CMV causes retinitis i.e ocular involvement in immunocompromised individuals e.g HIV / AIDS patients, and not in people with an intact immune system.
Your ocular symptoms could be due to another unrelated cause and I suggest that you visit an ophthalmologist for a check up.

Doctor, actually I'm afraid that I am suffering by HIV, I don't brave enough to have a test for this, what is the sympthoms for the HIV person after suffering more than 6 months?
Brief Answer:
Symptoms vary according to the stage of disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Symptoms mainly depend on the stage of disease. They may vary from fever; weight loss; recurrent or prolonged diarrhea; recurrent infections--skin and pneumonia; oral candidiasis; reactivation of herpes etc. In early stages there may be no symptoms at all and the infection is only detected on blood tests.
Wht do you think that you may have Hiv?Is there is possible history of exposure to HiV?
