Question: May i take Virilex to avoid early ejaculation.
And its help in proper erection during intercourse..
Any side effect of this medicin.
And i want to know...how to improve penis enlargement or tough.

Virilex is a herbal supplement containing different herbs that are thought to enhance male potency and sexual performance. It's primary role is to improve erection and sexual desire. But it may not help much for premature ejaculation. Regarding the safety and side effects of this, since it is a herbal supplement with a combination of multiple herbs, there is no proper medical evidence about its safety and efficacy.

If premature ejaculation is very distressing, then you can take a medication called Dapoxetine which is proven to be effective and safe.

To improve erectile strength of the penis, you can also try a medication called Tadalafil. This improves blood flow to the penis and thereby increases tensile strength.

You can discuss regarding these medications with your doctor as they are prescription drugs.

Dapoxetine tablet need to take on daily basis or only intercourse day....and same question for Tadalafil. And both the tabelat when i take just before intercourse or in the day time.

Required per day doses of both the tabelat.

Tadalfill is equivalent to Virilex (TTK pharma, XXXXXXX make).

And may take in comination 1 + 1 on regular day, any side effect.
Any oil or gel in market to enhance erection & tensile strength of panis.

Hi,

Both Dapoxetine and Tadalafil are to be taken 1 to 2 hours before intercourse. Tadalafil has a long duration of action of 2-3 days and the best brand available in XXXXXXX is Megalis.

Regarding the dosages, the recommended dosages are 30mg for Dapoxetine and 20mg for Tadalafil.

There are no major side effects with these medication. Tadalafil can sometimes cause mild headache and nose block temporarily, but this is nothing to worry.

It's better not to try any application of oils or gels because many persons have reported allergic reactions.

Sexual desire or libido varies from person to person. So, you are not responsible for this. But you can make her feel more involved and have a pleasurable experience by increasing the amount of gentle love-making like kissing, cuddling, talking sweetly, etc. More of foreplay before intercourse will also make her more sexually aroused and involved.

Regarding breast enlargement, the only effective option is breast implants or breast enhancement cosmetic surgery.
