Is A BP 138/81 High At The Age Of 30 ?
Question: Hi, i have blood pressure 138/81 , pulse of 69...im 30 years old female

Your BP of 138/81 is in high normal range for your age.
But single BP reading is not very significant to label you as hypertensive.
Your BP has to be measured for 3 consecutive days that too on 2 different times of the day. Also BP in standing and supine has to be measured.
After comparing all these BP readings you can be assured of normal or raised BP.
In addition to the information you have given i would like to know following.
Wat is your height and weight?
Are you taking any medications?
Do you get headache ,palpitation ,chest pain?
Do you have any other symptoms?
