Is A BP Of 127/79 Normal After Walking For 10 Minutes?

Question: My BP after walking 10 minutes and climbing a staircase was 142/82 and after 3 minutes it was 127/79 . Is it normal ?
When I climbed a hill having 105 steps with 75 meters height in 6 to 7 minutes. heart rate increases. After 4 to 5 minutes rest at top it becomes normal . Other than sweating it was comfortable climbing. Does it mean that the cardio system is normal.

Brief Answer:
yes. these are normal responses.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
1. It is normal response of our body to have increase in heart rate and blood pressure with exercise. If the heart rate and blood pressure do not increase with exercise, it should be considered abnormal.
2. The rise of blood pressure from 127/79 to 142/82 with exertion is normal. Similarly increase in heart rate during exertion and returning to baseline with rest is also normal.
Hope it helps.

I am too anxious type of a person. Hence whenever I check the BP at some different doctor place BP shows high and then after some time at home device it shows always lesss than 130/80 . To remove the doubt I checked my blood pressure with our family physician after walking of 15 minutes from my home for continous 4 days . The reading were .
132/84
122/82
123/80
124/78
I am referred to psychaitrist who gave me Rexipra 10 mg at noght and cloba 2.5 / 5 mg in the morning to reduce the anxiety / Depression as other medicine did not worked.
I am Ok when these medicies are on , but is it safe to take medicine ? For how long ?
You advice please .
