Question: sir,near the hole in my penis head is black in colour with one white patch,i am 19 years old,i am feeling that it is caused by excess masturbation, and surrounding my penis(i.e thigh joint) black patches are there,I approached skin doctor and he medicated with ointment(ketocanozole cream),I think its curing,but I am worried about the blackening of penis head,i think its because of not cleaning after masturbation,how to bring it back to pink colour,please help me.

The blackening of penile head is partly because of residual fungal infection and partly because of masturbatory secreations.

For this I precribe oral pills of Terbinafine 250 mg once a day for 2 weeks along with Keto ointment.

Clean your penile head and inside of preputial skin daily at the time of bath with a gentle soap.

These measures will help to improve the colour of glans.
